All content, code, and designs created by Adeptus Devs remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon payment, the rights to the delivered work will be transferred to you. Any materials provided by you for the project must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Payment is required as outlined in our project proposal or invoice. Any delays in payment may result in delays to project timelines or suspension of services. All payments must be made in full before the final project delivery.
Given the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel a project before it has begun, please contact us immediately, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Adeptus Devs shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or our services. This includes, but is not limited to, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
